**The Job**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Handle Outbound calls to our existing customers working in our Work from Home operating environment
- Build rapport, create great customer experiences by presenting product and service solutions that resolve customer requests and prevent customer churn by following through on commitments
- This includes asking probing questions, actively listening, explaining benefits, handling objections
- Be sales-focused, driving incremental revenue by upselling our products to existing customers
- Achieve multiple performance metrics to earn uncapped monthly commissions
- Manage call flows and provide first-call resolution
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality

**What you bring**:

- At least 6 months of experience selling a product or service; upselling experience preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Bilingual French/English - Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking both French and English
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Completed high school diploma or higher
- Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand

**Important Details**:

- Must have a dedicated and distraction free workspace
- Internet Connection MUST be hardwired to router with ethernet cable (No WIFI)
- Internet speeds minimum 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload
- Headset with microphone (USB)
- Built-in or extended Webcam
