**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
This role will have exposure in various parts of the business such as merchant growth, logistics, customer service, and content.
- Defining and validating metrics to evaluate business performance

**Qualifications**:

- Solid foundation in computer science, math and/or software engineering
- Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
- Interest in end-to-end feature development from design to execution
- Self-motivated, hands-on, relentlessly focused on impact, and able to operate under a great deal of independence
- Strong knowledge of statistics
- Familiar with SQL
- Clear communicator
- We work with Python, R, Hadoop (Hive), MongoDB, and Redshift

The base salary range for this position is $45-50 per hour. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.
