Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities and duties:

- Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives for assigned Customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Distributor branches and their respective sales teams
- Develop relationships with branch personnel
- Plan and execute promotional events to increase sales of Bosch Power Tools and Accessories
- Provide product training to Distributor’s sales personnel
- Identify, qualify and formulate plans to secure business
- Develop creative and impactful branch activities to accelerate Bosch sales
- Implement strategic plans to deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Coordinate and execute key distributor merchandising initiatives and programs
- Communicate upcoming campaigns and promotional activities to key personnel within assigned branches
- Work with store operations to ensure optimal inventory levels of Bosch products are available at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary diploma/degree or experience in the construction industry preferred - Prior experience in sales or retail environment preferred - Interest in the construction or power tool industry - Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills - Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Power Point) - Ability to travel extensively throughout the Lower Mainland with occasional overnight travel as needed (no more than 10%) - Ability to travel to Bosch office in Ontario for initial training (2 weeks) - Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs - Must a have valid driver’s license
