**Nespresso: Merchandiser**

Match Retail is seeking a Merchandiser for our client Nespresso. Working closely with the Nespresso's team, the Merchandiser will ensure displays are stocked, cleaned, organized, and accessible to elevate the customers’ shopping experience in various retail point of sales.

This position is a full-time contract with the possibility of extension.

**What you will be doing**:

- Visit stores daily according to your time and territory plan
- Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
- Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
- Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
- Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
- Conduct in-store training on promotions and new product launches to sales associates
- Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
- Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
- Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
- Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in merchandising or sales in fast moving consumer or luxury good
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required
- Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly
- Ability to self-manage remotely
- Detailed knowledge with Window Environment (Excel, Word, PP)
- Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out daily reports
- Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)
- Must be willing to travel all stores within their territory
- Being bilingual (English and French) is required as the territories covered include Ottawa and Gatineau.

**Additional details**:

- This is a full-time contractual position with a schedule of 8am-5pm from Monday - Friday
- Hourly rate + km allocation

**Expectations - KPI**:

- 3-5 training sessions per week
- Winset changes as needed
- Minimum 1 quality picture per visit
