The Merchandise staff will work in the Lansdowne Sports store, games and events at TD Place and Lansdowne to ensure each fan and guest has an exceptional experience

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner;
- Assist guests with entering TD Place;
- Fulfill online orders;
- Support customer in locating merchandise;
- Product knowledge pertaining to all event merchandise;
- Maintain merchandise kiosk/store/warehouse in presentable fashion;
- Enforcing event rules and relevant health and safety regulations.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Professional and neat presentation;
- The ability to provide excellent customer service;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Highly organized and attentive to detail;
- The ability to lift 40 pounds;
- The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
- The ability to stand for extended periods;
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays;
- POS experience is an asset;
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
