As Dundee Recycling continues to grow we are looking for a passionate Office Administrator/Receptionist to join the team. This role is an entry-level opportunity into the industry and will offer a unique perspective of our fantastic culture and growing company.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Check and balance cash float at the beginning and end of the shift
- Establish daily pricing for public reference within the scale office
- Operation of scale for inbound/outbound deliveries and public traffic
- Record weights and other supporting documentation on tickets. This includes accurate recording of load deductions (non-conforming material), re-pricing as directed by Supervisor/team lead, and printing and distributing scale tickets as required.
- Greet drivers and public traffic that enter the scale office for cash payment/paperwork
- Record all deliveries (in/out) within the applicable calendar (dispatch, ferrous, non-ferrous)
- Work order management, rescheduling, updating calendar edits to maintain volume and flow of trucking and allocation
- Answer all incoming calls to the general line for Dundee Group of Companies and redirect accordingly
- Schedule and prepare delivery documents for drivers daily (work orders)

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of transportation management systems and freight logistics
- Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
