**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow the production plan to ensure autonomous work is going to plan.
- Move and set up ladders and painting material.
- Prep work: scraping, sanding, caulking, and putty work.
- Ensure crew members are following proper techniques for prepping and painting.
- Adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- Has a vehicle they can drive to work and carry crew kits.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow production plans.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and work with team members.
- Communication is key.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
