**Pival International Inc. is a global logistics and supply chain management company with a comprehensive menu of warehousing logistics solutions and transportation solutions, including time sensitivity (land and air), FTL, LTL, intermodal.**
Reporting to the Supervisor, the incumbent must enjoy a fast-paced, busy environment & have a “Can-Do” attitude for this key role within our distribution center, and will more specifically support the operations team by sorting, handling and processing shipments and other various tasks around the warehouse.
**ROLE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sort, handle and process products from shipments (loading/unloading)
- Involvement in every aspect of the warehouse
- Responsible to ensure the workplace environment is maintained in a clean orderly fashion
- Assist other team members as needed
- Report potential risks, problems or product defects to Supervisor or Manager
- To Carry out all activities in a manner that promotes safety to yourself and your colleagues
- Participate actively in continuous process improvement projects see ways to develop and maximize efficiency
- Contribute actively to achieving departmental service level and targets
- Perfomr all other related duties as a warehousing and distribution of goods or any other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor.
- Identify & facilitate process improvement projects to drive efficiency

Other tasks as assigned
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
Experience: At least 1 year warehouse experience in a General Labour position.
Education: High School Diploma (required)
Other:

- Safety shoes or boots are required
- Physically fit - lifting to 40 LBS

**ROLE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and organized thinker.
- Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques.
- Effective time management, independent and accurate
