At RM Mobile, the Plant Maintenance Supervisor will support concrete projects throughout Alberta by preforming general concrete plant maintenance, demobilization, and remobilization. The Plant Maintenance Supervisor should be well versed in the operation of a concrete batch plant and have a safety conscious mind-set.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to plant equipment.
- Dismantle and reassemble mobile plants and equipment in preparation for repairs and/or transportation.
- Supervise, lead, and direct plant team towards completion of daily tasks, operational effectiveness, and maintenance activities.
- Preform and/or coordinate preventative maintenance on plant equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Triage and troubleshoot mechanical issues with plant equipment.
- Align and calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation of the plant.
- Perform manual labour responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment including completing daily HSE reports, identifying current and potential hazards, reviewing safety policies with the team, coordinating with Safety Advisors, etc.
- General housekeeping and yard work.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years prior experience working in the concrete industry, preferrable at a batch plant.
- 2+ years prior experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
- CSTS Certification is an asset.
- Journeyperson Millwright designation is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Hours of work in this position may vary to accommodate customer needs including day shift, afternoon shift, and night shift.
- Overtime may be required, especially during the busy construction season (summer months).
- Frequent travel to project sites is required.
- Typical shifts are 10 days on and 4 days off, although, this may vary by project.
