Your Role:
Coldstream Clear is seeking a creative, outgoing and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team If you are passionate about storytelling and love creating engaging content, this could be the role for you. As our Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Managers to bring the Coldstream brand to life across social media and in print design. From brainstorming fresh ideas, to capturing behind the scenes moments, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the execution of consistent on-brand marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
**Create**
- Work closely with the Marketing Managers to execute Coldstream’s content calendars & graphic assets
- Transform ideas into content - from recipe reels to engagement graphics, ensure everything is on-brand and ready to post
- Creation of on brand, innovative content on social media and in graphic design
- Efficient postproduction photo and video using mobile phone

**Ideate**
- Contribute to discussion within department on ideas and concepts
- Innovative ways to present information to licensees
- Design fun and on brand elements for print and digital use

**Manage**
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
- Represent Coldstream in a fun, friendly, and approachable way, both online and in person
- Office administration tasks within marketing team
- Work alongside content creator at brand photoshoots
- Pick up and deliver marketing materials as needed from various providers and store locations

**Technical**
- Ability to work within Canva (Adobe suite knowledge an asset)
- Experience capturing phone content & basic editing skills
- Organization and efficient packaging for PR
- Ability to post stories within social media platforms
- Small scale print production in house, with careful attention to detail (Printed materials for licensees and Coldstream Store locations)

- Comfortable being agile and working within a fast paced, growth minded organization

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driver’s abstract preferred for use of company vehicles.
- Knowledge and solid use of social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
