You're excited about the idea of helping growers gain access to safe and effective alternatives to conventional pesticides. **What you will do**: **Regulatory Submission Management** - Manage a database of active submissions, registered products, and regulatory documentation - Maintain our product renewal calendar and keep up to date with changes to the regulatory landscape - Coordinate with our suppliers and partners to gather technical data and interpret it for inclusion within regulatory submissions - Manage external consultants to identify and manage compliance risk, gather requirements, and collaborate cross functionally to gather data and draft submissions in our global market **Chemical Quality Control** - Contribute to the ongoing quality management of our chemical products, including in-lab support, documentation support, and quality process management - Perform laboratory experiments including analytical chemistry testing and product performance testing - Review experimental data, experimental design, and reports - Characterize and communicate quality risk to internal and external teams - Support laboratory safety and administration **Supply Chain and Manufacturing** - Work with our supply chain team to establish labeling requirements for our products, and onboard new labels with our manufacturers - Support product onboarding and change notifications with suppliers - Act as the regulatory expert for our chemical manufacturing teams **Requirements**: **We want you to succeed, so you will need**: - Degree in chemistry, biochemistry or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 years working with analytical chemistry equipment - Experience managing project including requirements gathering and risk management - Experience working with and writing technical documentation or regulatory documentation - Experience with managing external agencies: budgeting, statement of work, managing deliverables - Proven track record being resourceful, finding the right information to inform decision making - Able to maintain detailed and highly organized documentation - Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage multiple projects at once - Able to problem solve, characterize risk, and communicate urgency **N
