We are looking to welcome Health Care Assistants with **casual, part time, and full time **availability.

**Position Summary**:

- Routine Vital Signs per care plan ~ BP / Pulse / 02 Sats.
- Performs other related HCA duties as required.
- Documentation of interventions and assessment / Submitting daily reports to the pharmacy.
- Contributes to the development and modification of the patient/resident care plan.
- Relay patient concerns and information to appropriate members of the health care team.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Enthusiastic, friendly & caring attitude, motivated to provide excellent customer care.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and to deal effectively with others.
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physically able to perform the duties of the job.
- Ability to effectively use a computer, electronic devices, and related equipment.
- Current CPR-C Basic Life Saving Certification (preferred).

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Graduation from a recognized Nursing Assistant Program such as a Health Aide program or equivalent.
- Registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
- Criminal record check will be required following an offer of employment.
- Valid BC Driver's License, clear Drivers Abstract and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement included in compensation package).
- Proof of two COVID-19 vaccinations.
