**Position Overview**:As a Bartender at Queen’s Harbour, you are more than just a team member—you are an ambassador of our vision. Your role is to deliver exceptional service, foster creativity in your craft, and provide guests with an unparalleled serving experience. You’ll play an essential part in cultivating connections with guests while maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, and organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Deliver an Exceptional Experience**: Greet guests warmly, ensure positive interactions, and provide seamless service.
- ** Craft Classic & Innovative Cocktails**: Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, including mixing classic and innovative cocktails.
- ** Be a Menu Maestro**: Guide guests through drink selections and food pairings with confidence, making recommendations tailored to their preferences.
- ** Maintain a Clean & Welcoming Bar**: Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ready for guests.
- ** Ensure Guest Safety**: Check IDs to verify the legal drinking age and follow alcohol service regulations.
- ** Stay Proactive**:Monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and keep service running smoothly.
- ** Facilitate Communication**:Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to accommodate guest needs.
- ** Close with Care**: Accurately process payments and thank guests for their visit, leaving a lasting positive impression.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Smart Serve Certification is a must
- Basic Math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
