**_CASMAN _**_is seeking a seasoned Estimator who enjoys the challenge of working as a team and meeting targets_

Our Estimator plays a key role in all Estimates and Developing New Projects for our Clients. They work closely with the Project Execution Teams to ensure every Casman project is set up for success They will work with all internal team members as well as Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Clients. Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team environment is a must.
- Experience estimating different contract types, such as Lump Sum and Construction Management, and also with Commercial, Institutional, and multi-residential projects is required._
- Applicants must be very proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and familiar with building codes, standards and best construction practices. Experience with estimating takeoff software such as PlanSwift is required._
- Travel to our Various Western Canadian Offices will be required periodically._
