**Why This Role Matters**

As Parts Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service to the growing XCMG Canadian market. Reporting to the Vice President of After-Sales, you’ll oversee daily parts warehouse operations across two Canadian locations. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth supply chain operations, and support dealers with all their equipment needs—all while fostering a stellar reputation for XCMG in the community.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and inspire a team to maintain a seamless parts supply chain.
- Manage inventory processes, from tracking parts with our ERP system to overseeing annual inventory clean-up.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
- Support dealers and customers with expert parts advice and service.
- Handle OEM orders and deliveries while overseeing shipping and receiving processes.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and occasionally serve as a parts-runner.
- Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Red Seal Journeyman Parts Ticket and at least 5 years in construction equipment parts and service operations.
- **Skills**: Strong inventory management, budgeting, and mechanical aptitude. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team leader with a collaborative approach. Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work daytime hours (8:00 am-4:30 pm), with occasional evening hours and travel as needed.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift and move parts weighing 30-50 lbs. frequently.

**What We Offer**
- **Competitive Compensation**: $105,000-$120,000 per year.
