We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fleet Compliance Supervisor for our Ontario operations based out of Mississauga, Ontario.

**Reporting to the Vice President, this role is responsible for**:

- Supervising and providing day to day support to all areas of the business for any fleet related inquiry or request;
- Supervising and assisting in creating, editing and managing all regulatory documentation including vehicle and operator information;
- Overseeing and supporting the Fleet Compliance Coordinator and technicians, line managers and administrators with off-season documentation;
- Supervising and assisting in compiling monthly reports to be supplied to MTO;
- Supervising, assisting and compiling any files for accidents that are affecting our CVOR and follow up on any incidents that occurred on the CVOR from all contract areas;
- Supervise and assist in filing and organizing documentations as well as other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Supervisory experience is required;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong work ethic, be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and be detail oriented, work outdoors if necessary;
- Strong working knowledge of NSC, Carrier Safety, CVOR, HTA and TDG legislation and regulations;
- Capable of multi-tasking and the ability to function in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
- Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable, high energy and self-motivated.

**Emcon Services has the following conditions of employment: satisfactory drug pre-screening and **Driver’s Abstract.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (required)
