**About Us**:
We are a busy and growing towing company committed to providing top-tier service to our clients. We're currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **bookkeeper** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and has solid experience in Sage accounting software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Data entry and transaction processing in **Sage 300 (ACCPAC)** and **Sage 50**
- Monthly reconciliation of spreadsheets and ledgers
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation as required
- Other bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience**
- **Proficient in Sage 300 (ACCPAC) and Sage 50**
- Strong **Excel skills**, including creating and reconciling spreadsheets
- Thorough knowledge of **Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable** workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the towing, logistics, or transportation industry
- Familiarity with payroll processing is an asset (if applicable)
