As a Disability Claims Analyst, you will be able to contribute to the growth of the company by effectively and proactively managing your disability claims files.

**Specifically**:

- Evaluate disability claims and determine eligibility for benefits through telephone interviews, while considering medical information, contractual provisions as well as gathering additional information in order to make an informed decision;
- Conduct detailed telephone interviews to obtain appropriate missing medical and non-medical information;
- Develop and execute a management plan structure;
- Assess and identify non-medical elements and functional limitations that may influence the duration of the disability and facilitate return to work in collaboration with medical consultants;
- Determine the progressive return to work plan in collaboration with the treating physician, the insured, if necessary;
- Maintain the insured's record in the system;
- Commit to a high level of service;
- Actively and proactively manage disability claims and make use of all available sources.

**Qualifications**
- College degree (health care, law, human resources or related discipline) or 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Organized individual with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Strong sense of customer service;
- Excels in a team environment;
- Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interaction with English and French speaking clients across Canada.
- LOMA, HIAA, ICA, NIDMAR and CEBS courses an asset.
