**You have a keen eye for creative content** and care deeply about creating videos that resonate with audiences. You're comfortable working directly with editors, script writers, thumbnail designers, and strategists to create a coherent and compelling final product. You understand the nuances of YouTube video production and work tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the video - from the script to the thumbnail - aligns with the project's goals and the client's brand.

**You are a YouTube connoisseur.** You're passionate about digital video and understand the ins and outs of YouTube as a platform. You know what type of content engages viewers and drives clicks and shares. You're always staying on top of the latest trends and best practices in the YouTube space.

**You are an effective communicator** and excel in a team setting. You know how to liaise between clients, creatives, and other stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page. You're not afraid to take charge when needed but also understand the value of listening and learning from others. You're dedicated, reliable, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a project's success.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage a range of video projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
- Collaborate directly with our team of editors, script writers, thumbnail designers, and strategists to create engaging and high-quality YouTube content.
- Communicate directly with our clients to understand their objectives, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
- Implement and adhere to our production process, while also looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet our clients' needs and align with their brand and goals.

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Bring**:

- 3-4 years experience in video project management, preferably within a YouTube-focused context.
- Solid understanding of the video production process, from concept development to post-production.
- Experience in managing creative teams and working directly with clients.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to balance the needs of clients, team members, and the project.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and software.
- Deep knowledge of the YouTube platform and current trends in digital video content.
- Collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude.
