**About the Position**:
We are looking for a passionate and organized Retail Store Manager to lead our team at our Masonville Place location in London. As the manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed effectively, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers. You’ll be responsible for keeping the store running smoothly, from coordinating marketing efforts to maintaining the perfect in-store experience with curated music and welcoming customer service.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Leading the team and ensuring all tasks are completed, from customer service to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Reporting any discrepancies, cash updates, and performance feedback directly to the owner.
- Coordinating social media content, including reaching out to influencers for in-store visits and promoting new arrivals.
- Keeping the store playlist updated with clean hip-hop music to create a fun, engaging atmosphere.
- Hosting team meetings to align on goals, expectations, and ongoing promotions.
- Assisting with inventory management and picking up new restocks when necessary (must have a vehicle for this).
- Supporting the team in providing a seamless shopping experience, from helping customers find the perfect items to handling escalated customer concerns.

**Experience, Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- Positive attitude with strong leadership skills, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with team members and customers
- Creative mindset and familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels to create engaging store content
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a reliable vehicle for picking up restocks and inventory as needed

**Salary & Pay**:
Ranges from $17.30 - $18/hr + commission depending on experience and hours.
