- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to blueprints or detailed instructions
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to assemble and fabricate structures using various materials
- Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans
- Strong knowledge of building techniques and codes

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during construction projects
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately measure and cut materials
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
