**Position Summary**

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensures that our cocktail list is innovative, caters to a variety of tastes, and coaches our bar team so each beverage served is of the highest standard
- Manages beverage ordering and inventory for day to day service and special events as needed
- Contributes to service as per the Restaurant at Redstone service standards
- Educates consumers on all products and effectively upsells with the goal of driving average spend
- Maintains excellent wine and spirits knowledge through ongoing study and review
- Ensures the bar is clean and sanitary at all points throughout a shift

**Position Requirements**
- Smart Serve Certification required
- 3-5 years of experience in a comparable property an asset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely guest-oriented with a genuine ‘always say yes’ attitude
- Ability to upsell wine and food experience
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
