**Network Analyst (Tier-3)**

In short, you are a senior Tier 3 IT Generalist focused on optimizing and securing IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate the skillsets that promote Ownership-Integrity-Teamwork-Learnings.
- Lead and be hands-on on various IT Projects supporting FBC’s growth by acquisitions. This includes performing IT Audits, recommendations, documentation, and collaborating with Vendors/MSPs while transitioning their apps/infrastructure to FBC’s secure environment.
- Configure, maintain, and support secure Cisco Meraki SDWAN network across our growing branch offices in Canada
- Lead various assigned IT initiatives and projects and follow through to completion via change management, training end users, and Tier 1-2 techs
- Standardize internal IT processes/documentation with a focus on continuous-improvement for business-technology operations. Knowledge of IT Glue, and RMMs is preferred.
- Provide strong proven Tier3 technical skillsets to build/support/ troubleshoot various IT Infrastructure components such as servers, workstations, cloud PCs, networks, AD/AAD, Domain controllers, Exchange, Application servers, patching through cloud automation, etc
- Optimize Cloud security through M365, Defender for Endpoints, O365, Intune, CASB
- Secure and maintain Enterprise Azure Cloud infrastructure including Azure Servers, automated patching, vnets, vFirewall, gateway, conditional access, App Services, storage etc
- Build, manage and optimize Microsoft Intune and on-premise group policies for infrastructure control
- Develop and maintain well-structured IT documentation regarding technical processes.
- Translate business objectives into infrastructure and operational requirements
- Monitor KPIs and ensure system availability requirements are met
- Willing to develop and build skills towards Infrastructure as a code IaaC using programming
- languages such as Azure Bicep, and Powershell to standardize and build Azure resources. This is highly preferred.
- ITIL-based design and support of service delivery

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years’ experience with IT Infrastructure operational processes including infrastructure projects. MSP experience is preferred
- 5 + years’ experience in Azure cloud environment (e.g., Build/ support resources, release and systems change management, incident management)
- 4+ Years of experience in Networking with familiarity with Cisco Networking solutions MXs, Switches, and Aps with an understanding of subnets, routing, IP addressing, SDWAN, LAN, WAN, VPN etc
- ITILv4 certification or relevant experience
- Azure Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AZ104, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator) are highly preferred
- M365 certifications such as MS-100, MS-203, MD-101 are preferred
- Acquisitions/Clients onboarding Project experience is preferred
- Ability to deploy and manage Azure primitives (e.g., Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups and Tags), and Azure resources (Compute, Storage, Networking, PaaS)
- Ability to protect and secure Azure resources using native Azure tools / DR strategies (Azure Backups, Azure Updates, Azure Monitor, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Security Center, etc)
- Experience working with a hybrid cloud / on-premises environment
- Scripting, Powershell and Infrastructure-as-Code experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Well architected framework

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
