**Job Overview**:
The Supply Chain Coordinator has the primary responsibility of working with Operations, Sales and Finance teams to ensure production scheduling and communicating with Plant Manufacturing teams to ensure targets are met client projects The Supply Chain Coordinator will perform the duties as needed in Odoo, across departments and working with suppliers.
**A day in the life: What you do**
- Collecting Customer Information and completing of Sales Orders (SOs)
- Administration of Sales Orders (SOs) until completion of production; Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Managing day-to-day activities for Sales Orders (SOs)
- Communicating Production Schedule or any potential delays, updates
- Serving as main point of contact between the sales department and the production/operations team on all aspects leading up to and including the production of the client’s product
- Working with the Account Executives (AE) to ensure that customers receive proactive communication leading up to their project being scheduled for production
- Coordinating delivery of customers’ inbound consumables and ingredients (Create Customer POs for customer’s consignments)
- Coordinating customer pickup
- Handling customer issues, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
**Qualifications: What you know**
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree ideally in Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain
- 3+ years of supply chain and/or customer service experience Strong internal and external communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel; use of macros, Pivot tables and formulas
- Experience running multiple projects or customer processes simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction
