**Service/ Delivery Coordinator**

We are seeking a full-time, permanent, **Service/ Delivery Coordinator**. The Service/ Delivery Coordinator is a customer service driven person responsible for scheduling service appointments and coordinating delivery of inventory. This position is given direction from the General Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Service Work Orders with Homeowners and Installers
- Schedule Vendor Work Orders with Installers
- Maintain records by keeping track of unit issues and corrective actions
- Coordinate the supply and delivery of materials to required locations when needed
- Prepare, and organize Materials to be returned to vendors
- Interact with management, customers, and vendors
- Assist with Administrative duties when time and business levels permit
- Perform other duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A passion for Customer Service, problem solving, active listening and a positive attitude are key in this role
- Great interpersonal skills that enable you to clearly and effectively communicate with builders, homeowners, suppliers and other employees
- Professional, approachable and customer-service oriented
- Critical thinking, organization and time management
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workloads and utilize planning & time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs

**Education and Experience**
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Service coordination/ dispatch experience considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
