**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for vehicle) and clean drivers abstract.
- Own a well-maintained 3- or 5-ton truck equipped with a power tailgate.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and transportation safety regulations.
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate your truck to transport freight safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all freight is properly handled, secured, and protected during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatch, clients, and team members regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Provide professional, customer-focused service, including white glove delivery where required.
- Comply with all local, provincial, and federal transportation regulations.
- Delivering products in a timely manner and in proper condition to customers
- Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions.
