During the 10 month position with Noohi Law, you will get top notch experience from an Injury law firm that is known to get results and win difficult and problematic personal injury cases.

**You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with an array of challenging Personal injury cases. **Hence you will sharpen your legal skills and rise to the top, learning from a legal team that has 20-year experience, and winning of over 2500 cases.

At Noohi Law you will have the opportunity to excel and blossom with mínimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and expand your customer service and communication skills.

You will also learn time management, file management and practice management skills.

**Your Contribution**

Some of the things expected from you is to have an appetite for learning, demonstrating your initiative, motivation, research and writing skills, Ability to meet deadlines, Be eager to learn, Planning ahead of possible issues that might come about, Take responsibility for the task assigned to you, And meet challenges head on.

This paid position will provide valuable experience during their articling position, within a great team of professionals.
- Show interest in personal injury law, immigration, and real estate
- Take initiative and work independently (work location is mainly at the office, located at Bayview and Sheppard)
- Have excellent research and writing abilities
- Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills (excellent written and oral English)
- Have strong time-management skills

The Articling Student will have the following responsibilities:

- Will be actively involved in cases,
- to engage with clients,
- to accompany the lawyer
- to hearings and trials and to help with many other aspects of legal files
- Prepare pleadings, affidavits, factums, memoranda and other documents.

Contract duration: 10 months
