**Minimum Requirements**:

- Journeyman or 3rd/4th year Apprentice
- Journeyman—3 - 5 years’ experience with commercials projects
- Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively under the direction of the Project Foremen
- Good understanding of Mechanical, Architectural and Structural drawings and specifications
- Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong desire to learn and grown within their position
- Responsible and conscientious of material costs and labour hours
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, gas fitting and applicable codes
- Ability to work on own initiative, but also within a team.
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills and safety conscious
- PPE and Basic tools

**Salary**: $18.96-$42.13 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
