Allied Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. is hiring **Journeypersons and senior Apprentices** for long-term **commercial service work** across Metro Vancouver.

**The Role**

This is a **hands-on commercial service position** involving diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and direct client interaction.

**This is not new construction only.**

You’ll work on a wide range of well-maintained systems across our commercial client base, supported by a dedicated office team that handles quoting, billing, and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain **commercial plumbing and hydronic systems**:

- Install and service **boilers, pumps, and gas-fired appliances**:

- Ensure work meets **BC Plumbing Code** and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients and office staff
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Meet service targets and proactively communicate delays when encountered

**What You Bring**

**Required**
- Journeyperson Plumbing Ticket **OR** 3rd-year Apprentice
- Commercial plumbing **service** experience
- Experience troubleshooting **boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems**:

- Valid **BC Driver’s License** with clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile devices and cloud-based software
- Able to pass a **criminal record check**

**Desirable Assets**
- Red Seal
- Gas Ticket
- Electrical or controls knowledge

**On-Call Expectations**
- On-call rotation: approximately **1 week every 5-8 weeks**:

- Paid **8 hours straight time** per on-call week
- Emergency calls paid **minimum 2 hours at time-and-a-half**
