The Casino Technical Project Supervisor works with Corporate and Property leaders in the execution of gaming/product projects throughout Gateway Portfolio. This individual will focus on Slot and Table Games projects in the following categories; slot and/or table games installations, Gaming System conversions (GMS) and software updates, recurring maintenance and repair programs, slot and table games conversions/refresh and supervising the staff required to execute the aforementioned tasks. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with supervising the day to day operations of the casino technical repair shop within the Centralized Slot/Table Games Warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Casino Technical Project Manager with the execution of slot machine and table games installations, relocations and conversions in Gateway portfolio.
- Tasked with tracking all equipment specific industry/regulatory updates for software and hardware (ie. Vendor CNs) and ensuring that all sites are compliant.
- Supervise and administer the centralized team of Casino Slot Project Technicians functions.
- Develop training and ensure Casino Project Technicians are trained and competent to complete the work assigned to them and that work is completed safely and efficiently
- Daily, set work expectations and work performance levels with team and provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Schedule periodic preventive maintenance of all slot machines.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of all Slot Files across Gateway.
- Administrative duties involving record keeping of machine files, personnel files, logs and any other records that are maintained by the casino technical repair shop at the Centralized Slot/Table Games Warehouse.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
- Ensure all teams members adhere to department policies, procedures, internal controls and gaming regulations.
- Train, counsel, guide and coach personnel in the proper behavioral and technical requirements of their respective roles.

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of casino technical and/or operations industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Post-secondary education degree or diploma with emphasis in electronics technology.
- Experience with Gaming Systems preferred.
- Individual must have or be eligible for provincial Licensing.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong understanding of casino products (slots & table games), systems and/or similar environments
