**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for a curious and data-driven Staff Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to come join our product team. Making car ownership effortless and creating a world-class user experience is what drives every decision we make as a company. Working closely with our co-founder/CEO and partnering with our brilliant designers, data scientists and engineers, you will own a critical segment of our core insurance vertical. **Responsibilities**:

- Optimize a significant part of our core insurance product (improving the shopping or post-purchase experience through system automation)
- Conduct in-depth user research and think critically about how to solve for our customers’ pain points
- Run analyses to gain insights and identify opportunities to improve our customer journey
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, customer agents, biz dev teams to define product specs and launch new features

- Tenacious: You’re a hustler at heart and you thrive under pressure.
- Data-driven: You're extremely analytical and live in data. At the same time, you're confident enough to make decisions when the data is limited.
- Super organized: You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list, can manage a team, and never let anything drop.

**Ideal profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in a consumer facing product role.
- Previous experience in conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact through deep data dives.
- A plus if you have weathered an early startup environment.
