**You will be required to**:
- Coach, train, lead and mentor a small Inside Sales team- Develop, expand and retain current business within an assigned customer base- Identify new business opportunities- Collaborate with independent contractors and operations management on route-specific leads and targets- Create sales strategies and plans for accounts and new business opportunities- Identify and develop qualified sales leads and convert leads into new revenue- Obtain, synthesize, and concisely articulate key customer and market information- Work closely with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Experience to ensure all customer requirements are in place.
**Do you fit the job profile?**- Previous sales experience (preferably in the transportation industry)- Experience in Courier Business an asset- Results oriented with a sense of urgency, motivated by success- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills- Strong work ethic and time management with sense of priorities- Ability to take initiative and work independently- Excellent English and French communication skills - written, verbal and presentation skills- Good working knowledge of Office suite and Google sites- Bachelor’s Degree an asset
