**About the Role**

The **Sales Operations Manager** will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy, creating and managing training programs, hiring and leading a high-performing sales team, and overseeing the operational processes that drive sales success.

This is a pivotal role focused on supporting and optimizing the sales function, ensuring the team has the tools, training, and structure to meet and exceed targets. Importantly, this role is not focused on direct selling but on enabling and coaching the sales team for success.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Design and implement effective training programs to enhance skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage CRM data integrity and ensure the team is leveraging tools to their full potential.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
- Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline health for leadership.
- Identify and implement tools or technologies to enhance sales operations.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or management roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about enabling others to succeed and fostering a collaborative team culture.

The salary range for this position will be between **$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 CAD.**
