**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Assist customers with technical sales inquiries, providing knowledgeable responses and solutions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed correctly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers in both English and other languages as needed (bilingual or multilingual preferred).
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in technology sales, with an understanding of product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
