**Qualifications**:
Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies in a specialty appropriate for the class of employment, a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority and have two (2) years of pertinent experience.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in French and English
- Working knowledge of Chef Tec software would be an asset
- Knowledge of CSST/MAAPAQ food approved safety standards and protocols would be an asset.
- Must be able to move/lift heavy loads

**Daily Tasks/Dossiers**

1.Create the database for barcode scanning/inventory man
- This system will have multiple components to it:_

a) Consumables

b) Inventory by competency

c) Student Kit inventory management

d) Small hand tools (ex. Staple guns, pliers, screwdrivers)

e) Large machine tools (i.e. band saw, wet tile cutter, drill press)

2.Manage IDD Inventory Supply

3.Prepare IDD Purchase Orders and follow up

4.Distribute student kits and uniforms to students on their first day

5.Set up learning trolleys for IDD teachers for labs
- Using a cash register and counting total daily sales and responsible for storing it in the safe.
- Serve the Customers in a professional manner
- Fill and refill : - Display shelves, refrigerated display counter; etc;
- Keep packaging inventory ready to use: - Bread Bags, cake boxes, poly bas
- Keep the Boutique clean: - Dry good shelves, remove shelves from refrigerator display counter, keep
- display windows clean,
- Presentation & Labels: - make sure products are labelled properly, selling goods are well displayed..
- Closing : Balance your cash, window curtains are down
- Receiving orders of food stock and organizing and storing correctly
- Responsible for keeping Boutique shelves and displays clean
- Maintenance of fridge and freezer cleanliness
- Washing j cloths - laundry
