**Inventory Supervisor**

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the leading and ongoing training of our Inventory Associates and the supervision of inventory events.

The Inventory Supervisor is the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of your manager and drive operational excellence through maximizing our employee’s productivity and growing the team through engagement.

Inventory Supervisors assist and direct employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service. As the face of our organization, we depend on you to uphold our values of service, teamwork in a positive, safe environment.

**Job Requirements/Duties**
- Ability to work in various work environments, such as warehouses and outside industries
- Experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Must be proficient counting inventory with inventory equipment or smart device.
- Ability to relate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using a calculator
- Ability to work assigned shifts and adhere to a flexible schedule
- Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly (frequent)
- Must have access to reliable (own) transportation.
- Demonstrates a positive presence and energy.
- Is respectful and honest with others
- Maintains a can-do attitude, attacks job with passion, demonstrates a sense of urgency and delivers excellent output.

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged standing with occasional walking
- Repetitive motions requiring use of wrists, hands and fingers
- Able to work for extended periods of time
- Low level positions: squatting, kneeling, and crouching
- Use of ladders and step stools up to 8 steps high
- Balancing when counting stock from ladder
- Able to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds

**Job Types**: Variable part-time 60 hours a month guaranteed

Pay: $22/hours

Travel: Compensated at $0.55/km after the first 50 km to a worksite

Cell phone and Data allowance: $45/month

Schedule: Variable weekdays/weekends/daytime/nighttime

Availability: As required by the business, work schedule and tasks will be planned 7 to 14 days in advance when possible.

Work Location: In person on-site at customer’s locations (stores/warehouses & distribution centres)

Expected start date: January 6th, 2025, or earlier if available for training

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
