**About Us**

We are a fast-growing third-party marketing agency that partners with some of the most respected NGOs and major hospitals across Canada. Our core mission is to help these organizations acquire long-term donors — providing them with the funding stability they need to grow their donor base, strengthen financial sustainability, and successfully carry out vital programs and projects both locally and internationally.

**Duties**
- Represent our NGO and hospital partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage potential supporters, clearly communicating the mission and impact of our charity partners.
- Build meaningful connections with members to encourage long-term donor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to campaign success.
- Attend daily in-office briefings and training to stay informed and aligned with campaign goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to stay motivated and goal-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service an asset, but not required — full training is provided.

**Position Details**
- **Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday (*Part-Time available on a limited basis*)
- **Location**: In-person; attendance at our Toronto office is required daily
- **Compensation**: Guaranteed base pay plus highly competitive daily bonuses.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
