**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking for a Landscape Technician to help maintain our customer's parking lots.
The Landscape Technician will work alongside a team of peers and collaborate in performing their duties. Some key responsibilities include:
- Perform general landscape maintenance for a variety of commercial properties.
- Operate and maintain various equipment.

**Motivated -**You are a self-starter who takes pride in their work and delivers excellent customer service.
**Competent -** You have the knowledge (and common sense) to identify a problem, and you do what you can to correct it. Sometimes this simply means following the protocol you were given from your manager.
**Requirements -Do you match?-**
- You have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License with driving experience of at least 3 years.
- You can Provide a Driver's Abstract with no serious infractions
- You have Experience driving with a trailer - fairly competent
- You have the Ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials
- You Must be reliable. Must be able to show up to work every day on time.
- You have the Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
- You have the Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete work in given time.
- You have good manual dexterity
- You have Excellent stamina is required
- You can Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- You can Work outdoors in various conditions including heat/humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
- You Must have transportation to and from work.
- You Must have Cell phone with data plan for mobile completion of sites

**Hours**
- This position will be some evenings/nights and some days.
**Benefits**

- New equipment that is cleaned and maintained.
- $22.00 per hour.
**Working Conditions**
- This is a safety sensitive position.
- Must wear Steel Toe Boots at all times.
- Must wear applicable personnel protective equipment at all times (i.e., safety glasses) when required.
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, hot, cold, rain, snow, or shine, we will be serving our customers.
