**Job Title**: P&ID Drafter

**Job Summary**:
The P&ID Drafter is responsible for creating and updating Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) based on project requirements, ensuring that all designs comply with industry standards and project specifications. This role involves close collaboration with the engineering team to provide technical support for successful project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and modify P&ID drawings using specialized software such as AutoCAD or Smart Plant P&ID/MicroStation based on project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and adhere to company and client design specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers to integrate relevant information into P&ID diagrams.
- Update and refine P&ID drawings in response to project changes or feedback.
- Support the project team during design reviews, providing necessary technical explanations and documentation.
- Maintain and manage P&ID drawing archives, ensuring proper version control and traceability.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Design, Chemical Engineering, Oil & Gas or a related field. It will be an asset for the candiadate with a certificate of Piping from Sait or Nait.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in P&ID drafting, preferably in EPC projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Smart Plant P&ID, MicroStation or other relevant drafting software.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and design codes (e.g., ASME, API).
