Clearwater Seafoods' Accounts Payable department requires an Accounts Payable Clerk. The position is a Full Time position and will be located in Bedford, NS.

**Purpose of Position**

This position is responsible for the timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.

**Reporting Structure**
- This position reports to the Accounts Payable, Manager.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims
- Responding to business inquiries on invoice and payment status
- Related administrative tasks and other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Business diploma or 2 years equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience working in AP/AR
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SAP user knowledge is an asset.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Strong problem solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
