Ride the next mile with us - Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement. - Coordinate with the continuous improvement team to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency. - Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability. - Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Monitor performance metrics and track progress towards operational goals. - Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them. - Participate in the "War Room" initiative during peak seasons. - Embody the 3 pillars of the "Control tower." - Will need to support the change management required by the innovations that the department implements. - Stay updated with the stations’s environment and the various challenges they might face. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Needs to be adaptable and a change catalyst. - Need to be available for short-distance travel. (QC-ON region) - Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
