**PLEASE NOTE**: We are currently looking for experienced sandblasters and coating hand applicators to work in the Edmonton region. This project is offering 40 hours a week on a modified work schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Dalco requires industrial sandblasters and coaters to assist with Field Operations.

**DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Assist supervisors in field operations as required
- Complete blasting and coating tasks as directed from Supervisor
- Work in a safe and conscientious manner

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
- Experience with sandblasting and bristle blasting preferred
- Brush and roll to specified thickness
- Experience with HV and LV holiday testing
- Willingness to learn is an asset
- Ability to follow complex instruction
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional housekeeping
- Valid safety tickets required (CSTS 2020, AWP and Fall Protection required)
- Driver’s license recommended
- Applicants must live in the Edmonton region or surrounding area and have reliable transportation to and from Fort Saskatchewan for work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.04-$42.24 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L 5A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Industrial Hand Coating Application: 1 year (preferred)
- Sandblasting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Safety Tickets (CSTS 2020, AWP and Fall Protection) (preferred)
- Drivers License (preferred)
