Are you looking to start or grow your career in construction? We are looking for a motivated **Labourer** to join our Rough team. In this role, you’ll help keep our sites safe, clean, and organized while supporting our Rough Project Managers and Team Leads with day-to-day tasks.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sites.

**The Role**:

- Assist with framing checks and repairs
- Sweep and clean homes and job sites
- Set up propane for winter heating
- Distribute paperwork and task sheets to trades
- Mark cabinet and door locations
- Organize site supplies and maintain stock
- Help with site handoffs between project managers
- Follow standardized work and safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as directed by the team

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in construction or general labour (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, WSIB)
- Ability to perform physical work and use tools safely
- Strong organization and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
