Executive Chef

The Railwork Lounge (located inside the Raven Inn & Suites) is looking for an Executive Chef to join our amazing team We need someone that can:

- Develop, design, and implement seasonal menus for the restaurant/hotel, ensuring creative and visually appealing dishes to ensure quality satisfaction with both short-term and long-term goals
- Recruit and manage our fun and hard working kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Consistently monitor the operating costs of running the kitchen to ensure food, equipment and staffing budgets are not exceeded
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant/hotel
- Develop relationships with suppliers to secure best ingredients and equipment
- Stay up to date with industry trends, and continuously improve menus and kitchen operations

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 5 years (preferred)
