_**TWB is the leading supplier of Tailor Welded Blanks for the automotive market.**_ - **As an Employer of Choice, we believe that our employees are our most important asset.**_ - **Founded on the "Golden Rule", our goal is to treat our customers, employees, suppliers and shareholders the way we would want to be treated.**_ **We currently have 1 opening for : Production Operator** **Work Schedule: 12-hr Continental Shift (2on, 2off) NO ROTATION** **Permanent days 7:30am - 7:30pm** **TWB offers**: $21/hr wage Medical and Dental Benefits RRSP Matching **_Lucrative Quarterly Profit Sharing_** **_New Hire Retention Program that could earn you $1,800 total after one year employment_** 2 weeks paid Vacation / Paid breaks OT after 40hrs / Double OT after 48hrs Continuing Education Assistance A positive team environment with a successful and growing company **Reporting to the Plant Manager, your main responsibilities will include**: - Working safely in a manufacturing environment. - Operate automated equipment, making appropriate adjustments as required to ensure continuous line operation. - Monitor automated quality systems and react appropriately. - Completion of manual in-process quality inspections on in-process and finished product. - Maintaining a clean and organized work area that adheres to applicable standards. - Leading equipment changeovers. - Making minor robotic adjustments as required. - Perform basic inspection/testing. - All other tasks as assigned. **Technical Skills and Knowledge**: - high school diploma - minimum 2 year experience in a manufacturing environment - strong analytical skills - strong mechanical aptitude - intermediate computer skills - ability to read and interpret drawings - performing tasks to a high level of accuracy and detail - ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally - ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Work remotely - No **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $21.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 12 hour shift - Night shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - Machine Operator: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
