We are looking for an assistant manager for our team at our wholesale bakery and deli in Debert. Salary will be based on experience, and your duties would be as follows:

- plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the bakery operation.
- implement and modify operational procedures
- recruit staff and oversee training.
- set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- control inventory and order ingredients for suppliers and packaging supplies.
