**Duties**:

- Teach swimming lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum to ensure progression and skill development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist with water safety education and awareness
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents or guardians
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the swimming area

**Skills**:

- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
- Experience working with children or students in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for maintaining a positive learning environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$30.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
