As our Account Advisor & Analyst, you will work with small business and agricultural members on a variety of account related products and services - ideally proactively - as an extension of the lending and deposit services provided in our Business & Ag Financial Centre. In addition, you will support the team by preparing commercial and ag loan documentation, amendments, and mortgage instructions, and credit related support such as searches on behalf of our Advisors & Senior Advisors.
This role is a great introduction to a career in our Business & Ag Financial Centre. To be successful in this role you’re responsive, accurate and detail oriented with great relationship building skills. Your excellent listening skills and desire to connect members with the right product or service are imperative. This sometimes requires you to use your influence or reach out when you spot an opportunity to improve members’ experience. This role is enabled by technology, so a strong skill set in using and troubleshooting software and hardware will keep your day moving.

**Qualifications**:
- A related diploma and 1 year of related experience in a financial services setting or other sales-oriented role. Equivalencies may be considered.
- Work experience and/or education in the areas of business and/or agricultural lending with an understanding of lending requirements, rules and regulations are considered assets.
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams or other virtual meeting tools. Preference for applicants with customer management software experience.

**More details**:
- Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours weekly. Please note our hours of operation are currently Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility to work outside various hours is required for travel, events, and member meetings.
