**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate material take-offs in collaboration with the material management team.
- Procure and assign contractors based on project needs and budget constraints.
- Assess contractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and negotiate as necessary.
- Oversee project progress at various sites to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Efficiently allocate labor and material resources for optimal productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, specifically in multi-unit renovations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of market rates for contractors and material costs.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to ensure fair and reasonable pricing from sub-trades.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel between job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal team.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
