**Here's what to expect in your position**:
In developing this new position, our main objective is to increase the company's visibility, promote its brand image and make it shine even more. Great challenges are waiting for you; here are some of them:

- Organize various corporate events and collaborate on some others;
- Develop in collaboration with different departments, events for our internal team;
- Develop a social media content plan, and establish the communication strategy while ensuring to increase in the visibility of the employer brand;
- Keeping an eye on trends on social media and the Web; _we want to stand out_;
- Propose solutions and implement talent attraction strategies in collaboration with the HR department; _we work as a team, and for us, it is important_;
- Participate in the writing and the sharing of internal and external communications; _we need your beautiful writing skills_;
- Offer support and/or training to the various departments in connection with the platforms and social networks recommended by the company.

- Have rigour and good attention to detail;
- Good management of time and priority;
- Be creative and passionate;
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Be recognized for its mobilizing leadership;
- Excellent knowledge of the OfficeSuite and social networks;
- Very good in French, both verbally and in writing;
- Good knowledge of English.
